About me
Hi I’m Anthony, I am a fully qualified Government Approved Driving Instructor (ADI).

I have over 40 years of driving experience. I passed my car driving test in 1986 and then passed test for my motorbike licence in 2006. 

When I left school, I did an Electrical Apprenticeship with British Steel Corporation at their Tube works in Corby. I’ve had several Electrical Engineering jobs in different Industries over the years where I’ve been involved in training Apprentices and other Engineers. I was looking for something that was just as rewarding so I trained and qualified to be an Instructor (ADI) with LDC in 2005/2006. Each day is different and brings many challenges and rewards for myself and my pupils. There’s nothing better seeing them smiling at the end of a lesson.I was fortunate to be trained by LDC in the latest adult coaching and training techniques so you can be assured that the training I give will be of the highest standard.

I chose to work with LDC because everybody is different and the LD System allows for flexibility in lessons so that you learn to drive safely at a rate that suits you. I aim to make every lesson enjoyable and as productive as possible. The LD System just helps me to do this more effectively.

In 2024 I was asked by LDC Training department if I would help with training new potential driving instructors (PDI). This was something very different, but also very rewarding helping someone take that step to a new career. It has also helped me with understanding how pupils think more and adapt lessons to suit the individual.

Lessons are always conducted in a calm, friendly and relaxed manner as I firmly believe in making pupils feel at ease during lessons.I hope this gives you a brief idea about me so please feel free to click here to "Contact me"
